Leather&Spruce has a well-appointed kitchen, and living room area upstairs, this room boasts a comfy chair you just have to try, a velvet couch, and a gas fireplace.   

This main floor also features the Master Bedroom and another Bedroom as well as two FULL bathrooms and the laundry room. 

 

Comfy couches, daybeds, a wet bar and another bedroom are found downstairs, as well as a Meditation room and a dedicated kids playroom. Top of the line electronics are found throughout the home, ensuring guests enjoy state of the art amenities, including several televisions and board games to help enjoy a relaxing evening with the family. With two floors of living and sleeping this makes a perfect location for a multi-generational or multi-family gathering, or bachelor or bachelorette party.

 

In the kitchen, you will find the kitchen ready to start cooking with plenty of appliances and necessities ready for cooking. When it’s time for bed, the home has a wide range of luxurious accommodations for up to sixteen guests.  The house is stocked in the laundry room and the kitchen for you to just make yourself at home. There is plenty of outdoor parking for several cars and boats.  The large three acre yard is great for lawn games and watching the South Dakota wildlife.
